Designed for anyone whether you know what you’re doing in the gym, or wanting to take that first step of creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself, but not sure where to start.
This program is the tool you need to lose weight, gain muscle, and gain confidence in your own skin.
Confidence on the beach is a beginner friendly program with an easy to follow workout schedule and a meal plan included with different options to choose from!
What’s included:
Workout plan.
This will include a balanced workout split including 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, 1 Cardio/ab day, and an option for either 2 rest days or another training/active rest day.
Meal plan.
2 different options for each meal with snacking options.
Measurements for each meal is not provided, this will depend on gender, weight, goal, etc, but basic guidelines are included.
What you will need:
A fully equipped gym with free weight dumbbells and barbells.
